Aqua Build Australia provides Project Management Services, including:

• Superintendent Services, including preparation of scopes of works, completing the tendering process and providing recommendations for contractor engagements for works to be completed by others.

• Supervision and management of works to be completed by others.

• Management of design consultants and engineers.

• Management of authority applications and approvals.

• Preparation of project programmes, budgets, and project reports.

• Coordination of suppliers and contractors in line with project programs and sequencing.

• Management of documentation and works for project completion and certification.
